Job Description

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to support end-to-end US IT staffing for direct clients. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a deep understanding of the US hiring ecosystem, and the ability to close positions efficiently while maintaining high candidate quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle
  • Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder & LinkedIn
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and direct clients
  • Handle salary negotiations and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visas, and employment types
  • Experience working with direct clients (mandatory)
