Job Description

The HR professional with a technical background will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations. The role requires proficiency in HRMS tools, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication capabilities. A blend of HR and financial understanding will be essential for ensuring accurate and compliant operations.

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, including skill evaluations, behavioral interviews, and reference checks.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage HRMS for recruitment processes and maintain employee data.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel.
  • Support HR operations with financial insights to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle statutory and organizational compliance requirements, including labor laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and state-specific regulations.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, filings, and audits as per legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and policy documentation aligned with compliance policies.
