Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in data analytics, project management, business intelligence, and project controls. The candidate will support project teams by collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data while helping improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights. 

 

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and a basic understanding of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, OR SQL. 

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain project-related data and reports.
  • Generate dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
  • Assist Project Managers with tracking progress, deliverables, and project documentation.
  • Maintain project databases, records, and SharePoint document libraries.
  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and management reports.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and document SOPs.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide analytical and administrative support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience in project data analysis, project controls, PMO, or business analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in: Power BI, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SQL / MySQL, Python, SharePoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
